ooc | forgive me, this wasn’t my best introduction post. ):
Travelling was something that everyone seemed to enjoy. Robin, like most humans, enjoyed the thrill of visiting new places and meeting new people. If he had his way he would be travelling around quite often but that was probably because of his history. It was no surprise that Robin found himself missing the circus adventures and various city stops; the Romanian gypsy trips when his parents would let him join the other children in the woods and they would fish and brush their teeth with sea salt before listening to the tales the elders would gladly tell them. He missed those times, honestly. He could still imagine the sea salt, the music, the dancing, the fun, the feeling of belonging.
He missed the forest and the river. Sure, he lived on the water, but nothing compared to walking up to your waist in river water and just relaxing. Having spent a lot of time in various cities he had a hard time remembering what it was like to be in the woods. Sure, there were woods nearby, but he really didn’t have the feeling for going the extra distance into them simply because he didn’t want to relive those memories.
So he just went to the place that reminded him of the forest: The Jump City Park.
He had been hoping to find some peace and quiet after a really long and aggravating day but sadly this was just a park in a very busy city and there wasn’t really any sort of ‘peace’ considering the car alarms and horns honking in the distance. He closed his eyes and gritted his teeth slightly in a futile attempt to try and block out the cities noise only to groan irritated as his plan failed. It really seemed that he couldn’t win this battle for peace and quiet, could he?
“You win again, Jump City, you win again.” Robin murmured to himself as he uncrossed his arms and rubbed his temples with a shake of the head. “Can’t say I didn’t try though.” He probably should have been heading home but he really didn’t feel like feeling with the noise of the tower. Glancing ahead he chewed on his lip and glanced at the time on the large clock tower the city had. It was around eight at night – he hadn’t been gone from the tower that long anyways. Besides, his team could handle him not being there, they were capable of themselves and didn’t need his guidance every waking moment.
Spying an empty bench nearby he made his way over and plopped himself down upon it, laying on his back instead of sitting up just so he could gave at the stars twinkling above him. Narrowing his eyes slightly under his mask he lifted one arm up and began moving his finger as he tried to see if he could find the various constellations the night sky had. It was probably an odd site to see a boy dressed as a traffic light moving his hand randomly about above him while mumbling under his lips various constellation names. Actually, around Jump City, nothing was really normal anyways and besides he wasn’t normal. Unless normal means you run around in a cape and spandex stopping crime with a group of other ‘oddities’ to society.
Robin would have laughed if he hadn’t been so concentrated on the constellations; however, his arm soon fell and he placed his hand over his eyes with a loud groan as he realized he didn’t even remember them all. He knew where they were located but the names seemed to escape him which was a big disappointment for him. For a moment he laid there mentally berating himself for forgetting something so simple before he pulled his arm off his face and gazed back towards the night sky.
At least stargazing was peaceful and he had to admit it was very relaxing as well. It was actually too bad he didn’t think of this when he was at the tower he would have had a great view from up there. Smiling slightly he put his arms behind his head and closed his eyes for a moment in pure relaxation as he did so – now mentally oblivious to the outside world as he focused on the peaceful feeling he now had.

"I believe the one your looking for is Cassiopeia, " Sahoni said leaning on the bench. His golden yellow eyes stared out from behind the brown almost black hair. "I don't blame you though it's hard to see them in a city, to much light pollution. When I lived in Brazil it makes this look ...empty" Sahoni sighed.
"So who might you be, you look...strange" he said. The changer jumped over to sit on the bench. "My name is Tennessee Sahoni Waya" the boy said. The huffed and stretched. "It is a beautiful night. Comparatively at the very least." with a nod sahoni stared back at the sky.

Robin jumped slightly in surprise at the voice that seemed to come from nowhere. Snapping his eyes open he quickly tensed himself just in case before relaxing his posture as he glanced at the other guy. Where had he come from, anyway? Frowning slightly he glanced at the sky and blinked confused at the constellation name he had been given. Oh, he was right, it was barely noticeable. Shifting for a moment in discomfort of laying down on the bench he curled his legs up so the stranger wouldn’t sit on him. It wasn’t often he had someone he had never seen before come up and actually start a conversation with him, in fact it was rather odd. At the strange comment, Robin crossed his eyes slightly and briefly wondered what the other was talking about. He looked normal, right? He had skin, hair, and a face – right? A frown tugged at his lips before it registered in his mind what the other was talking about and he coughed embarrassed as he glanced at his uniform.
“Oh, uh, I’m Robin.” He finally said after regaining his composure and sitting up so he wasn’t lying down anymore. Shifting for a moment he tugged his cape out from under him so he wasn’t sitting on it before he gazed at the sky again. He ran the others name through his mind for a brief moment in an attempt to memorize it before he glanced at the other at the final comment. “Yes, it is nice.” Robin muttered clicking his tongue on the roof of his mouth as he leaned back and glanced upwards at the sky along with his new bench partner. Stretching his arms and legs out while sitting there, he crossed his ankles and glanced at the sky again. Closing his eyes and put his gloved hand over his mouth and yanwed into the soft material before glancing back upwards as he tried to see more constellations.
“Oh, Brazil? I’ve only been there once with a very old partner. It seemed nice.” He murmured, frowning as he remembered going on trips with Bruce only to end up being chewed out for some reason or scolded during it. Not a pleasant memory, he supposed. A long pause followed as he kept nitpicking the comment the other made from earlier.
“I do not look strange.” Robin then replied as he turned back to the sky with a small huff escaping his lips before he glanced at the other with a cautious look. “Do I?”
He really had to stop being so OCD about his appearance.

With a large toothy grin he observed this Robin. He looked all over: Mask, spandex, utility belt, cape. The cape was the give away, without it for all Sahoni knew he could just be some weird guy into some kinky stuff and survivalist gear. Okay,so maybe he'd only have that in the back of his mind. But it was a fun thought, I had a been a while since he had one. "Yes, unless your a superhero."
He sighed. "I wish I was a superhero, even if that means I have to shopping for all my clothes at spandex mart. I mean I got the powers. But at this point those 'powers' seem like a curse." The boy sank deep into depression. "I'm sorry for bothering you with my problems. You probably couldn't care less." he said . With a laugh he said. "I must seem so strange to you."
Great spirit could I be more pathetic? he thought.
"So why are you out here? Are you here to to watch the stars, or to run from something?"

“I wouldn’t call myself a superhero, actually. I don’t have any powers so there’s really nothing super about me. You should see my teammates though.”
A laugh escaped him as he glanced over at the other with a brow arched as he listened to Sahoni speak. He turned his head away and closed his eyes with a smile tugging onto his lips. So, he had powers? It really didn’t surprise him these days since it seemed like Jump City attracted all sorts of these kinds of people. But what did the other mean they were like a curse? He sort of sounded like Jinx and Terra when he said that. Tilting his head and briefly running the words through his mind, a bad habit from dealing with Slade so long, he clicked his tongue once and shrugged his shoulders.
“Strange? Are you kidding?" Robin then asked him in disbelief as he glanced at Sahoni with his eyes wide and his mouth open slightly in shock. He would have laughed if it wasn't for the fact that he was in too much disbelief. Was this guy nuts? He was the boy wonder and not a lot really startled him anymore, unless he was caught by surprise or in a really fidgety mood, of course. “You think I might think you’re strange? I’ve dealt with a mutated worm creature and a sludge monster that drinks sewage water.“He scoffed out waving his hand like it was a normal everyday occurrence as he looked to him with a large genuine smile. “I know strange. You don’t seem strange to me, Sahoni.”
Robin partially wished he could honestly say he knew what the other was going through but he really couldn’t. He really didn’t know what it was like to live with powers that seemed to ruin your life or control who you are. Technically, he was just a normal teenager running around in spandex doing things that other teenagers wouldn’t dare try. Then again, why was he being so talkative and nice to this stranger? Sure, he now knew his name, but really he usually shrugged off people when they approached him. A soft laugh escaped him as he shrugged his shoulders. Oh well, it was nice to meet others and it took his mind off his past for a few moments.
Sahoni’s last question took him by surprise and he glanced back toward the stars with an awkward air around him. Was it really that obvious? He swore he had hidden his emotions well enough, damn it! No, boy wonder, he probably just guessed. Robin thought to himself as he controlled his heartbeat that had sped up slightly in a anxious nervousness at the thought of someone other then his friends knowing his thoughts and feelings. “Er…” He began rubbing the back of his head with a bead of sweat dripping down his face. Great, he was being awkward now; he hated being asked personal questions. “Let’s just say there are things in my past that haunt me and stargazing helps me take my mind off it.” he replied as he turned his stare back to the sky and regained his composure as he tried to think of a way to change the subject.
“Your powers seem like a curse, huh? I’ve heard that a lot.” Robin finally spoke as he turned his head to the other with a shrug. He paused for a moment and tried to decide what he could say. He could just be quiet and drop the power subject but this guy really seemed like he needed someone to talk too. Fuck it, he was in a good mood, and he really didn't like how Sahoni seemed depressed. Robin didn't like people being depressed since he spent a lot of his younger life with it swirling inside of him until he had almost literally cracked.
“You can talk to me about it if you want? I won't judge you.” He finally offered without glancing at him as he stared towards the sky and stretched before glancing at him from under his mask. "Besides, I've got all night, I don't have anywhere to be right now."

"I'm observant, it's not obvious, I once red a book on body cues. Thats all I do lately." stretching more, he didn't know why, he just felt all cramped up he guess he took a deep sigh. "I don't want to waist your time, and by I I mean we..." He did an awkward grin slash grimace. "I told you I was strange, maybe not mutant worm or even sewage monster strange but I'm strange." He cleared his throat . "I am a Changer, part of an ancient race that combats demon and evil spirits. We are able to do this do to our souls being fused to a nature spirits. Giving me supernatural powers." he said wiggling his fingers at the "supernatural powers".
"That sounds all well and cool, right? And truth be told it probably would have been if I had training. See our powers don't manifest till our 17th birthday. Happy birthday you turn into a huge wolf beast with Medicine." looking off to the side he said. "The Magic type, not the make you feel better kind..Well a few weeks later a demon named the Gambler declares a manhunt on my family, destroying anyone that could help me. When he got to my house I was only able to escape due to my Mom using her powers after twenty years on not using them to fight him-it-whatever off long enough for me to escape. So here I am with powers, no one to help me control it. Causing me to do insane, and I mean 'we the jury find the defendant' insane, trying to control the wolf, failing, and our inner battles leaking over to the body acting upon our inner turmoil. Making me look like nothing more but an undisciplined, dangerous, werwolf. Which sometimes I am. Dangerous, not a werewolf... "

Robin remained quiet while Sahoni spoke, eyes sometimes casting down to his lap or to the others face while he took in all this new information. Really, he was a bit unsure of what to say right now. He shifted himself a bit and as Sahoni finished his talk he nodded his head and glanced towards him for a moment. A manhunt for his family? He didn’t even want to ask if his mother was still alive considering it was a very painful subject for him to bring up. Robin knew what it was like to be alone; after all, Bruce wasn’t exactly the most social person that could raise you.
He missed his parents, a lot, even to this day on the anniversary of their deaths he would still cry about it. It was something that he couldn’t change and he probably would never stop doing that.
He blamed himself for it and he should have told them…should have saved them…should have done something but he hadn’t and here he was now without them.
It seemed he lost a lot of stuff from his mistakes he had made. While he had finally broken out from under the Batman’s shadow he still missed him and often he would wonder if visiting Gotham would be a good idea. Sighing he shifted again, this bench was really uncomfortable, he glanced towards the other and had a frown form on his lips.
Robin wasn’t good with comforting people and he never had been yet he had to show Sahoni that he cared for what he was saying, right? Attentively he reached over and patted the other on the shoulder twice before pulling his hand away and casting him a faint smile. “You don’t have to be alone, you know. You can make friends and they’ll support you in your quest to try and control your powers.” Robin said with a soft smile on his face as he leaned back and looked at the stars again. “Friends and loved ones always help. They take the pressure off and you can know they’ll support you each and every step of the way. Hell, I believe with enough effort and some encouragement that you’ll be considered something better then an undisciplined, dangerous, werewolf.” He said with a chuckle as he turned his head briefly to glance towards the other.
“Trust me; you’re going to be fine, I believe in you.”

"Wado." He said with large puppy dog eyes. "I'm alone because I'm scared I'll hurt someone. Who would help me? Some superhero group? Naw, most likely they'd lock me up for being a threat to the community. I don't know were to even start. All the books I've found on shapeshifting deals with werewolf curses. You DO know that the werewolf curse isn't spread by fluids right? That was stolen from the vampire myths. The werewolf curse is spread through curses and deals with spirits. Nothing on two spirited creatures such as myself." Sahoni sighed "If only I knew someone with a large collection of of magic books. I mean real magic books, not the watered down hippy crap I usually have to look through. I need the real thing. I'm sorry I'm rambling again aren't I. I tend to do that when I'm ARG!" Sahoni clutched his head. "No! NO! NO! Not now!"

“Sahoni, look at me, I’m the leader of a ‘superhero’ group. I wouldn’t lock you up; I’d try and help you in another way.” Robin replied with a roll of his eyes at the others words. Really, Sahoni seemed nice, but he also seemed a bit naïve. Then again it was probably hard to imagine some short and scrawny ‘kid’ like him was leading a bunch of super powered teenagers. He closed his eyes for a moment and listened to the part about the magic books with a frown tugging on his lips. Could Raven help? Oh boy, he really didn’t want to get the guys hopes up about it, he didn’t know if Raven knew anything about this guy’s condition anyways. Biting his lip and chewing on it for a moment he turned his eyes to the sky only to laugh as he heard Sahoni start rambling.
“It’s fine, I have a friend who rambles consta—“ Robin cut off his sentence as Sahoni clutched his head and started repeating the word ‘no’. Confused by what was happening he sat there for a moment with his eyes narrowed slightly in concern. What was this? Some sort of serious migraine the other was having? Frowning he slowly reached a hand out and placed it on the others back uncertainly as he glanced around for a moment. It was then he remembered about what Sahoni had said earlier about his powers – could this be a part of them?
Not wanting to think about it now, though he brushed it towards the back of his mind for later, he slowly removed his hand from the other and glanced at him with his head tilted. He probably should of moved away but he really did not want to leave the other in pain on the bench alone – besides, he was capable of handling himself, he didn’t know if Sahoni would be able to or not. Still, just to be safe, he tensed his muscles and kept one hand near his belt for a weapon just in case the other tried to attack him now.
"What’s wrong with you?” .

"It's happening, the transformation!" Sahoni started to sweat. His pupils dilated and he trembled. "Go Robin I don't wanna hurt you!" With a scream his body burst into a blaze of blue fire-like light. It changed and reformed until looked like he was made of it. It reformed into the big hulking wolf shape a towering nine foot six mass of blue and white fur. He blared his pearly white fangs. "RAWR!" the changer roared smashing the park bench with his tail. The wolf turned to Robin. "I will be the strongest!" he growled more picking up the bench parts. His ears were pinned and tail bristled. He threw the bench. "I will be the strongest!" he repeated

Robin couldn’t help but blink confused as Sahoni talked about the transformation happening. A brow quirked upwards slowly as he remembered what the other said a few minutes beforehand as he chewed on his lip in thought. An unsettling feeling was starting to brew in his stomach but he pushed it away and as the bright light suddenly appeared beside him he quickly lifted his cape and covered his eyes with it. What the hell was this? Squinting his eyes as the light faded he slowly lowered his cape and gave a blank stare at the wolf-like creature towering over him. “Fuck, you sure know how to make an entrance, don’t you?” He breathed out, shaking his head in disbelief as he gave the creature an once-over. Well, at least it wasn’t as bad as he had thought; he has been expecting something bigger with longer fangs – honestly. As a loud 'Rawr' escaped the other he wrinkled his nose in disgust. That guy seriously had a bad case of dog breath. Standing up at the same moment the tail slammed into the bench Robin arched a brow at the now broken seat; so much for lying down later.
As he was turned to, Robin couldn’t help but stare confused as the words ‘I will be the strongest’ started being repeated by the other. He probably would have thought about it more if there weren’t suddenly bench parts flying towards him. Quickly he jumped away and ducked behind a nearby tree with a grimace as the parts slammed into it. Well, at least the tree could stand up to the bench assault. “If you’re talking about bad breath then you don’t need to worry, I’m sure yours is the strongest." Robin said with a teasing laugh since he really loved taunting anything he fought when by himself. If his team would have been here he would have just yelled 'Titans, Go!' without a second thought; however, they weren't here, which meant he could have some fun. The only problem was that he didn't want Sahoni getting hurt or any civilians getting hurt either - this presented a problem. A frown tugged at his lips as he rubbed his temples with a loud sigh escaping him. He would have to wait and see what Sahoni's next move was - until then, staying safe behind this tree was his best bet.

“Insolent whelp!” the large creature said with venom in his voice. Seemingly unaware of whatever Robin said, the creature appeared to be on a violent, destructive, autopilot. Springing like a kangaroo at the titan, the comparatively large Changer roared, claws out. The claws gleamed like steel in the street lights the placed strategically throughout the park. Each claw at least a good five inches long, his palm alone was the size of a mouse pad. In his head an entirely different battle was going on. This was a battle of wills, one of which Sahoni was losing. “Leave me alone!” he yelled at the wolf. Inside his head laid a clearing of all too green grass surrounded by trees that if you looked at them the right was, looked like people. The world was slower, fuzzier, like if some kid took the smudge tool on photoshop and went crazy with it all over the world. Sahoni was a small child in overall and a ponytail and wide eyes. This was Sahoni’s psyche. And in Sahoni’s psyche the wolf was big and intimidating. “Insolent whelp.” It roared making Sahoni shake like a little leaf in the wind.

ooc | blah, I'm having terrible writers block right now. ): Sorry for the short and cruddy post. </3
“Insolent whelp? Well, that’s a nice way to treat someone who kindly told you that you need a tic-tac.” Robin replied, not even caring if the creature heard him or not. Narrowing his eyes slightly he watched as the changer jumped towards him with his claws out. He really didn’t want to be this things scratching post. Quickly he sized the other up and smirked as he bent his knees for a moment. At the last possible second he launched himself into the air, placing his hands on the others shoulders so he stood in a handstand before flipping himself onto the creatures back quickly. “Damn, this is the last time I ever come to the park for rest.” He hissed out as he bit his lip and clutched the other shoulders with his legs wrapped around Sahoni’s midsection. If this thing wasn’t dangerous it would have been a funny sight to see Robin ‘piggybacking’ a large blue and white wolf creature. Actually this had happened before, only it had been Cinderblock he had been clinging to the back of, not a furred creature with fangs and claws.
This wasn’t good, he had to try and slow this thing down, but how? He didn’t want to hurt the thing especially since it was Sahoni and he couldn’t control this….bad breathed wolf thing. Wait, this thing needed to breathe, right? Eying the throat of the creature he quickly removed his arms from around the others shoulders and wrapped his arms around the larger furred neck in an attempt to try and ‘choke’ the creature. Of course, the problems with him holding on like this was that he couldn’t protect himself from the others claws or the creatures massive and powerful tail. He would just have to hope the other wouldn’t realize how vulnerable he was in this position.
He was shit out of luck these days, it seemed.

OOC: It's a good thing Sahoni doesn't have control of his powers... look at some of the fighting styles he knows. ;D BIC: Sahoni, rather the wolf Sahoni struggled. "I WILL BE THE STRONGEST" The Changer shouted. Digging his claws into the titans arms, he growled, trying to throw him. grabbing the titans arms he jumped in the air. Robin side down he flopped on the ground. "Your not worthy!"
Inside his head Sahoni glared back at the large wolf in his head. The all to green ground that squeaked in high pitched soprano voices. "It's not you body!" Sahoni glared. "It it ours! And with it I'll make us the strongest! I WILL BE THE STRONGEST" "What if I don't want to be strong?! What if I just wanna live in peace?!" "If you don't realize the changer makes peace then your not worthy!"

“What are you doin-Augh!” Robin felt the breath be knocked out of him as he landed with on his back with a loud thud along with the heavier male atop him. Laying there for a moment he blinked his eyes and regained his composure as he ripped his arm out of the clawed grasp and eyed the wound carefully. Great, the last thing he needed to do was walk around with a blood-soaked arm. Hissing for a moment he ignored the wound and pressed his palms against the others back and pushed Sahoni off quickly before standing up and jumping a few feet away. What was he supposed to do? He didn’t want to pull out an explosive or a sharp bird-a-rang and hurt the poor fellow! Thinking quickly he ran towards the creature and launched himself into the air before landing in a handstand on the others broad shoulders. A few drops of blood dripped from the wound on his arm and onto Sahoni’s dark blue fur as he sat there completely still as he tried to endure the pressure of his weight on his hurt arm. “Fuck,” Robin wheezed out under his breath as he gritted his teeth slightly and reminded himself that he had been through worse and that this was nothing compared to the countless times he had fought Slade. Taking a much needed breath of air he leaned forward so his face would appear upside-down in the others line of sight before he tilted his head slightly. “You know, wolf-boy, you talk far too much. Strongest? Bah, not worthy? You repeated yourself. It makes this battle a tad bit boring, if I may say so.” As he spoke he pressed his hands down harder into the others flesh then somersaulted off the other – performing two aerial somersaults before landing in a crouch a few feet away so his cape fell over his shoulders and covered his still crouched body. “Now, come on, Sahoni. You complained about your lack of control. Don’t be afraid to fight this monster yourself. It’s your body, not his. You make the decision and the wolf doesn’t.” Robin snapped as he arose from his crouch and glanced at the wolf with no expression on his face. “I’m not going to help you until you help yourself, Sahoni. You want control? I understand that. But it’s your time to show me you can gain it back. I know you can hear me in there. So, really, are you going to stop being a pansy or am I going too have to actually use weapons on you?” And, with that said, Robin turned and walked away a few feet as he leaned against the tree. He really wasn’t fond of the last option – yet, as a crime fighter and protector of the innocent, he had to do his job. If Sahoni couldn’t control his powers and needed help doing so then you bet your ass Robin was going to knock the big lug out and drag him onto his motorcycle back to the tower. Of course, it would require cutting all emotional bonds off, similar to the way he had done with Terra when he fought her. Friends, feelings, emotions – they were his weaknesses and he was determined that this would be the last time he would ever give this choice to anyone. 'I really hate coming off as a heartless bastard, forgive me.'“So now, Sahoni, it’s your choice. You can keep letting the wolf run around like a dumbass shrieking about worthiness and being strong or you can try and show me that you can defend yourself. I’m not waiting all night though.”[/blockquote]
